For time:

1 OH squats @25/35 Intermediate: @35/50 RX: @40/60
2 Snatch
3 Power cleans
4 Hand release push ups/HSPU
5 Deadlift
6 Burpees over bar
7 Knee raises/knees to elbows/toes to bar
8 Wall balls
9 KB swings @12/20 Intermediate: @16/24 RX: @20/28
10 Ring rows/pull ups
11 Box jumps
12 Thrusters

TC: 40

Comment: Start with 1 snatch. Then do 2 OH squats and 1 snatch. Then 3 power cleans, 2 OH squats and 1 snatch. Continue this way until the final round of 12 Thrusters.
