25 Push ups, clapping your partner 
25 Sync Ground to overhead w. plate @5/10 Intermediate: @10/15 RX: @15/20
20 Sync Russian twist w. plate
20 Sync OH walking lunges w. plate
10 Sync Knee raises/knees to elbows/T2B
10 Sync Burpees to plate
