30 Clean & Jerks (BB) / Planke
20 Burpee DB step overs / Hollow hold

100 Jumping squats

Kommentar: BB=Barbell. Begge personer skal arbejde samtidig. Én person laver den dynamiske øvelse, mens den anden person laver den statiske øvelse. Der laves derfor kun dynamiske øvelser, når én person holder en statisk øvelse.
